Ruben Perceval Starts With a Day 2 Stack From...Phase One?

Level 1 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

With $2 million guaranteed in the prize pool, you would think that all of the players that qualified from Phase One would be in their seats and ready to go since their chips were in play. Not Ruben Perceval.

Perceval's seat is empty, but that's because he bagged a massive 3,900,000 chips from Phase One online and is sitting on a stack that's in the top 10 for Day 2!

In addition to this, there are two other stacks with over 2 million chips at his table. While that's a lot of chips, we're sure he will turn up eventually!

Players begin with a whopping 1,000,000-chip stack and will play 60-minute levels with a break every two hours. There is a dinner buffet after Level 6 lasting 45-minutes long, and players will bag up after Level 9 to come back for Day 2 on Monday at 5:00 p.m.

Late registration is open until the end of Level 12 on Day 2 and players can re-enter once in each flight they enter, including Day 2. Should a player move on to Day 2 and bust before registration closes, that player may re-enter once more.

Between the phases, live and online, as well as Day 1a, there have been 140 entries in this massive event. Just 69 players advanced at the end of yesterday's flight with local pro Guillaume Nolet leading with a hefty 6,725,000 chips.
