Two Pairs of Jacks
Day 1d of WPT National Montreal is going strong. It's the first of the four flights to break 100 players.
On the tournament floor, two players at different tables had pocket jacks at the same time. Alexis Lucien Pierre Crenn shoved all in preflop with his jacks and ended up at risk against Xin Qi, who held queens.
Crenn had 5,100 and shoved from the cutoff and Qi called on the button. A jack came on the flop, giving Crenn a set. He won the pot when the board ran out 
and doubled up.
Next door, Malcom Fraser is one of three players in a hand. Another player is all in while Fraser and his opponent check down the board. Fraser turns over jacks, the all in player shows eights and Fraser wins the pot despite the board that ran out with four diamonds and two over cards.
