222 Players For Day 1f, Double Largest Previous Flight
After the first few flights of WPT National Montreal were smaller than expected, it looked like there was going to be a sizable overlay. Then yesterday's morning flight posted the biggest number so far, 111. The evening turbo flight drew 76 and it looked like there might be a chance of covering the guarantee.
Then Day 1f, a Tuesday 10 a.m. flight, doubled yesterday's number. With one turbo flight left, starting at 7 p.m. WPT National Montreal looks sure to pass the guarantee. Currently, Gary Lucci leads the flight with just under 100,000 and there are 112 players remaining.
There are 25 players through to Day 2 already and 12 players from today's flight will join them. The final 27 players in today's flight will receive CAD $750 minimum, which gets them their entry fee back plus $150.
