Day 1f of WPT National Montreal is over and Senthuran Vijayaratnam bagged almost 800,000, which is the overall chip lead going into Day 2.

The previous mark was set by Benoit Beaulac with 648,000 on Day 1a. As the players bagged for Day 2, the final starting flight was going strong, with 135 runners in the turbo flight.

Rodney Ramalho, who is the only player to cash two times so far, failed to make Day 2 again. He is in the final turbo flight and is trying to add a third cash and finally break through to Day 2. Day 2 begins tomorrow at 1 p.m. and the day will end when only six players remain.
