Perouse Has All the Right Toole(s)

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

On a flop of QQ2, Julien Perouse check-called a bet of 4,000 by Hayden Toole and checked again the 8 turn. Toole bet 20,000 with little behind and Perouse jammed, Toole called it off.

Hayden Toole: 1010
Julien Perouse: KQ

Toole had just two outs but instead, it was Perouse who improved to quads with the Q river.

"What is your alias online?" Arash Shahi inquired and Perouse grinned back "Giuseppe".

"Wait, you are Giuseppe? Fuck ... okay, we need to get a picture," Shah joked back and grabbed his smart phone.

Shah also mentioned that Perouse had flipped out Derek Whelan with ace-king versus jacks with another player claiming to have folded kings.

Michael Sklenicka then arrived with a fresh stack and asked if Perouse could give him some run-good chips.

As the hand concluded, Lexy Gavin-Mather passed by and remarked "kill me now ... I bricked an open ended royal flush draw".

Cuz Wants the Pot Now

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The action folded all the way to Gavin Andreanoff on the button who raised to 2,500 and was promptly met with a three-bet from Steven "Cuz" Buckner in the small blind to 6,500.

Andreanoff thought it over but folded fairly quickly. Buckner showed down the 77 to scoop after what appears to be a good raise with the best hand.

Jessica Teusl three-bet to 12,000 out of the big blind and then called all-in when Steve Desjarlais jammed from an earlier position.

Jessica Teusl: AK
Steve Desjarlais: QQ

The Q43 flop all but sealed the fate of Teusl and she was drawing dead on the 4 turn, which made the 7 river a formality.

"Keep the seat warm, I will be back," Teusl joked on her way out, indicating that she will re-enter shortly.
