Action folded to Adrian Mateos in the small blind who raised all in for the big blind Sinan Unlu's stack of 7,075,000, which Unlu snap called.
Sinan Unlu: A♥Q♣
Adrian Mateos: A♠9♥
Unlu woke up with a big hand in the big, looking poised to secure a massive double up, having Mateos dominated. When the board ran out A♦10♠K♥Q♦2♣ he did just that, as his two pair, aces and queens, secured him the double up.
Daniel Dvoress raised to 600,000 from under gun with Q♣J♣, and when it folded to Esti Wang on the button, he three-bet all in for 3,250,000. After the small blind folded, Sosia Jiang made the call, which got Dvoress to muck, leaving the players heads up, with Wang at risk.
Esti Wang: 8♥8♣
Sosia Jiang: 9♥9♦
Jiang woke up with a bigger pocket pair in the big blind, and once the board ran out 6♣10♠A♥A♣Q♦ the pocket nines remained best, sending Wang to the rail.
Action folded to the small blind Adrian Mateos who raised all in for his stack of 2,850,000, which was snap-called by the big blind Sinan Unlu.
Adrian Mateos: K♦3♦
Sinan Unlu: 4♦4♣
Mateos, who lost the majority of his stack in a blind on blind situation against Unlu, found himself needing help to avoid being eliminated by Unlu. The 7♥8♣10♦ changed nothing, but he 2♦ on the turn gave Mateos extra outs in the form of a flush draw. However, the 7♣ on the river was no help for Mateos, and he was knocked out by Unlu.
In a heads-up pot on a flop of 5♦8♥9♦, Chance Kornuth checked in the big blind with 7♣6♣ and Daniel Dvoress bet 700,000 with 8♠8♣. Kornuth just called with the nuts.
Kornuth then checked on the 5♠ turn and Dvoress checked back after turning the full house.
Kornuth then bet 750,000 on the J♦ river and Dvoress raised to put him all in. Kornuth called and saw the bad news as he was sent out in tenth place.

Life Outside Poker is a new podcast for PokerNews hosted by Connor Richards that seeks to pull back the curtain on poker players and allow viewers and listeners to get to know them on a personal level.
In the 21st episode, Connor speaks with Survivor legend Boston Rob, aka Rob Mariano, about growing up near Fenway Park, learning poker at the age of 6, studying psychology at Boston University, applying for Survivor and winning Season 22, his recent appearance on Deal or No Deal Island and filming an upcoming season of The Traitors.
Boston Rob also revealed a story about Costa Rican authorities raiding a mansion known to host high-stakes poker games during a 2006 filming that included Daniel Negreanu, Josh Arieh, David Williams, Michael Mizrachi and actress Cheryl Hines.
"(Gambling mogul) Calvin (Ayre) had a big party at the house, and they came in guns drawn," he said. "And we were fine, but we all had to stay at the party until they checked our passports and everything. I think it was a little bit of a shakedown. But we had a good weekend."
