Bellande Flashes Foxen the Goods

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Kristen Foxen opened 14,000 in the hijack and Jean-Robert Bellande defended the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of JJ2, and Bellande check-raised a bet of 11,000 to 35,000. Foxen took only a couple of seconds before mucking her hand.

Bellande quickly flashed Jx before mucking his cards as he said, "I had it."

Mylonas Gets the Maximum Against Eychenne

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With about 100,000 in the middle the turn read AQ29 and Dimitrios Mylonas checked to Thomas Eychenne who fired 60,000. Mylonas responded with a check-raise all in for 165,000 and Eychenne quickly called.

Mylonas flopped top two pair against the top pair, top kicker of Eychenne and the J river changed nothing, sending the double to Mylonas.

Bonomo Finds Value on Dangerous Board

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Heads up to the turn with the board reading 10876, Lei Yu bet 36,000 from the small blind and Justin Bonomo called in the cutoff.

The river brought the 5. Yu slowed down with a check before Bonomo tossed out a bet of 125,000. Yu went deep into the tank for over two minutes before he flicked in the call. Bonomo tabled 66 for a turned set of sixes as he was able to extract value on a dangerous board to pad his stack.

Adamszki Falls to Mikolaitis

Level 4 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Dominykas Mikolaitis opened from middle position and Tamas Adamszki three-bet in the small blind. Mikolaitis called.

Adamszki bet on the flop of A85 and Mikolaitis called. Adamszki then bet 41,000 on the J turn and Mikolaitis again called.

Adamszki moved all in for around 100,000 on the 2 river and was met with a snap-call. Adamszki showed AQ for top pair but couldn't beat the aces up of his opponent with AJ.

At the same table, Michael Acevedo and Justin Bonomo are wearing matching Palestinian scarves. "I like your style," commented Acevedo.

Hopkins Bets Flop and Turn

Mathew Frankland opened 15,000 in middle position and both Joshua Hopkins in the cutoff and John Ripnick in the big blind made the call.

The dealer fanned a flop of AK2, and the action checked to Hopkins who fired 15,000 across the line. Only Frankland stuck around with a call.

The 9 landed on the turn and once Frankland checked, Hopkins continued for 60,000. This time Frankland surrendered as his cards hit the muck.

Justin Bonomo raised it up on the button and Lei Yu called from the big. The flop came AK4 and Yu check-called a bet of 25,000 from Bonomo.

With around 80,000 in the middle, the 5 landed on the turn. Yu checked again and Bonomo sized up a bet of 100,000. Yu still called and the 7 completed the board. Yu checked for the final time and Bonomo gathered his remaining stack of 324,000 and moved it into the middle. Yu went into the tank for a couple of minutes but decided to fold.

Hakim Check-Raises the River

Joseph Cheong opened the button and recent winner of Event #1: $2,500 Mini Main Event Jeffrey Hakim called in the small blind.

The 632 flop checked through to the J turn which saw Hakim lead for 22,000 before Cheong put in a raise to 65,000, and Hakim called.

On the Q river, Hakim checked to Cheong who announced a bet of 80,000. Hakim weighed his options before he cut out a check-raise to 280,000. Cheong thought it over for some time before he decided to fold, conceding a sizeable pot to Hakim without showdown.

Buhaiov checked on the flop of 748 and Glazer checked back. Buhaiov then bet 45,000 on the 6 turn and Glazer laid it down.
