Padilha check-called for 750,000 on the Q♠5♦2♠ flop before the J♠ turn checked through to the Q♦ river.

Padilha fired out 3,500,000 into a pot of 4,500,000. Ponakovs, who had A♦2♦, laid down his hand and it was the right move as Padilha had trips with K♠Q♥.

Wang had a pair of nines with his 10♠9♣ but it was no good against Roiter's K♥K♠.

The flop came 6♦3♦7♦ and after Fritz checked, Padilha bet out 500,000, which Fritz called.

The turn was the 2♠ and both players checked to the 6♥ on the river. Both players checked to showdown and Padilha took the pot with his ace-queen high.

Wang sized up to 3,800,000 on the 7♦ turn with his airball. Fritz laid his hand down after some thought and Padilha followed suit.
