Roiter Doubles Through Wang
Level 25
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Ye Wang opened to 550,000 from the cutoff and was called by Pedro Padilha from the small blind. Klemens Roiter then shoved for 2,575,000 from the big blind. Wang called after some thought before Padilha folded his A♥J♣.
Klemens Roiter: A♠J♦
Ye Wang: K♣10♣
Despite being behind, the good news for Wang was that two of Roiter's cards were already accounted for but the 8♦3♠2♣ flop offered no help. Roiter remained ahead following the Q♠ turn and locked up the double after the J♠ river.
