A Short Day?

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Theodoros Aidonopoulos raised from the button and was called by the player in the big blind to see a flop of {10-} {7-} {5-} with flush draw. The Greek called a check-raise from 1,000 to 3,000 and also a further bet of 10,000 on the {4-} turn. A blank {9-} river completed the board and the player in the big blind moved all in.

Aidonopoulos called with an overpair to the board but was no good against the {7-Clubs} {5-Clubs} of the opponent.

The Grinder is Grinding

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

Michael Mizrachi defended his big blind and then check-raised the {8-Clubs} {6-Spades} {4-Diamonds} flop before firing the blank turn for 3,500. Manig Loeser folded his cards and was shown {5-Spades} {2-Clubs} for a double gutshot. One hand later, Stefano Garbarino opened to 800, Loeser clicked it to 2,250 and "The Grinder" won the pot with a cold four-bet of 5,150.

Upon asking him for the stack size, he joked "Soon to be 80k, then 160k and bust." We'll see about that.

Olgun Fires Twice

Level 5 : 150/300, 50 ante

After some action from Arda Ozgur and 1,200 in front of Amir Alter, Ercan Olgun made it 2,650 to go and was called by Ozgur and Alter. On the {4-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {Q-Spades} flop, Alter check-folded to a 3,750-bet of Olgun and Ozgur stuck around. The {K-Diamonds} on the turn triggered another bet of Olgun and 6,350 proved to be too much for his countryman.

Two Barrels from Franco

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

Ivan Luca Franco bet 1,500 on a three-way flop of {3-Clubs} {J-Spades} {8-Clubs} and faced a raise to 3,500 by Sergey Rebechenko with another playing calling. Franco now squeezed to 8,500 and both opponents called to see the {6-Clubs} on the turn. The Argentinian announced a bet of 8,000 and threw in two blue T-5,000 chips. Neither opponent was willing to call just that and Franco claimed the pot.
