Darwiche's Stack Gets Bigger

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

A raising war saw Kamal Sefrioui all in and at risk for 38,700 on the button and Sadry Darwiche in the cutoff quickly called.

Kamal Sefrioui: {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Sadry Darwiche: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The board came {9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Sefrioui headed to the rail.

Comeback Time for El Yousfi

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Said El Yousfi in the small blind and Mostafa Boukri in under the gun clashed and the former was all in and at risk with {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}. Boukri took the flip for most of his stack with {J-Clubs}{J-Spades} and saw the board run out {A-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

The next hand, Isabel Baltazar raised to 1,100 and El Yousfi three-bet to 3,200 on the button. Boukri shoved for his last 6,900 with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} and El Yousfi called with {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} after the fold of Baltazar.

On a board of {J-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}, the top pair of Boukri was no good as El Yousfi turned a straight.

Papineau Wins Small Pot

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Anas Tadini may very well run up a stack this time around as he has once again been spotte in the field with a stack just shy of the average. Mathieu Papineau has not had that fortune just yet and claimed a small pot against big stack Rabah Ait Abdelmalek when defending his big blind.

Papineau check-called a bet of 1,000 on the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Spades} flop and Abdelmalek checked the stack of his opponent before checking back both the {3-Diamonds} turn and {9-Hearts} river. Papineau flashed {A-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and that won the pot.

Lakhdari Doubles Khlifi

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante
Omar Lakhdari
Omar Lakhdari

After a raise and a call, Omar Lakhdari three-bet to 3,000 and Ayoub Khlifi moved all in for 34,600 over the top. The third player in the hand folded and Lakhdari called.

Ayoub Khlifi: {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Omar Lakhdari: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

The {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop spelled trouble and sure enough Khlifi got there with the {7-Spades} on the turn to leave Lakhdari short before the Frenchman doubled soon after. Both had previously engaged in table talk and now they eventually clashed with Khlifi emerging victorious for the moment.

Two PMU.fr Pros Down and Out

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante
Sarah Herzali
Sarah Herzali

Sarah Herzali four-bet shoved her short stack of around 20 big blinds with ace-queen and failed to get there against the pocker eights of table neighbor Pierre Antoine. Erwann Pecheux had a similar stack and his seat is empty by now, too, while Francois Tosques has dropped all the way down to as many chips.

Johan Guilbert has some good news to offer, as he holds the PMU.fr flag right now with an above-average stack.

Baltazar Scores Big Double Through El Yousfi

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante
Isabel Baltazar
Isabel Baltazar

The comeback of Said El Yousfi has been put on a break and the Frenchman with Swiss passport will have to double once more after suffering a setback for more than half of his stack.

Erwann Pecheux bet the four-way flop of {10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts} for 2,500 from under the gun and Isabel Baltazar called on the button. Hassan Fares check-raised to 10,000 in the small blind and El Yousfi check-raised all in from the big blind to force out Pecheux. Baltazar called all in and Fares sighed before surrendering to the action.

Isabel Baltazar: {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Said El Yousfi: {10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}

The {6-Hearts} turn and {A-Hearts} river changed nothing and Baltazar doubled for 26,025 to leave El Yousfi short.

Up to 392 Entries

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

"Re-entry, again ... and again ... and ... "Louis Linard joked when sitting behind an almost fresh stack. Imad Derwiche, Will Davies and Bernard Guigon were also among those to fire another bullet again and the number of re-entries has already climbed up all the way to 77 in the penultimate level of the registration period.

As a result, the total number of entries has almost reached 400 and currently stands at 392 with more to come.

Pons Sent to the Rail

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

The 2016 November Niner Fernando Pons was part of a four-way flop of {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and Saber Harrazi was the only opponent that called the bet of the Spaniard. Pons then shoved the {3-Spades} turn for what appeared to be 9,000 and Harrazi called.

Fernando Pons: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Saber Harrazi: {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

The {10-Clubs} on the river improved Harrazi to a straight and Pons will have to re-enter if he wishes to claim a portion of the juicy prize pool.
