Cory Carroll Takes a Pot from The Dragon

Justin Pechie raised preflop and David "The Dragon" Pham and Cory Carroll both called from the blinds. The flop was {Q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and all three players checked. The turn was {9-Diamonds}. Carroll bet 32K. The Dragon raised to 114K. Pechie folded and Carroll called. The turn was {K-Diamonds}. Carroll fired out 120K and The Dragon said, "Sick. I flopped a set." He then mucked his cards.

Michelle Law Doubles Through The Dragon

On a board of {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}, David "The Dragon" Pham bet 25K and Michelle Law went into the tank for several minutes. She eventually pushed all in for 71K and The Dragon called. Lee showed {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} for second pair while the Dragon flipped over {A-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for top pair. The river was the {K-Diamonds} which gave Leaw trips. She doubled through The Dragon. Lee now has 236K and The Dragon has 591K.

Chad Brown Takes a Pot Against Vasile Buboi

Chad Brown raises to 16,000, and Vasile Buboi calls from the big blind. The flop comes {8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, Buboi bets 20,000, and Brown calls. The turn card is the {A-Clubs}, Buboi bets 40,000, Brown raises to 100,000, and Buboi thinks for a minute before folding. Brown takes the pot.

After the hand, Chad Brown improved to about 250,000 in chips, while Vasile Buboi dropped to 211,000.
