So Long, Stiglets

Eric Stiglets - eliminated
Eric Stiglets - eliminated
Looking down at {8-Spades} {8-Hearts} in early position, Eric Stiglets made his stand, moving all in for just about 14,000 chips. Action passed around the table to Joaquin Sosa, and he made the call, having Stiglets well-covered. One or two players down the line appeared to be considering the call as well, but everyone yielded, allowing Sosa and Stiglets to play it heads up.

When the betting was close, Stiglets pleaded, "Please have ace-king." He had half of it right, but Sosa rolled over the {K-Diamonds} and the {K-Spades}, having the Poker Battle Warrior dominated and at risk of elimination.

The board was a big dry desert for Stiglets as it ran down {10-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds}. Sosa improved to a flush, knocking off the mild-tempered pro in the process.

Just 25 players remain.
