Yigal Hen Eliminated in 14th Place ($7,349)

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Yigal Hen - 14th place
Yigal Hen - 14th place

First into the pot, Yigal Hen came in raising all in for his last 205,000 chips. Around in the small blind, Manish Patel squeezed out his cards and quickly moved all in over the top. Jesus Cabrera ducked out from the big blind, and Hen was in danger as the cards were turned up:

Hen: {9-Clubs} {9-Hearts}
Patel: {K-Spades} {K-Diamonds}

Both men stood from their chairs to sweat their fates, and lady luck would stick with Patel and his overpair this time. The {3-Spades} {6-Hearts} {8-Spades} flop was blank, and the {5-Spades} turn meant that Hen traded in the counterfeit {9-Spades} for three outs to fill in his straight with a non-spade seven. The river was the {3-Hearts}, however, and Hen could not catch up. He's knocked off in 14th place, and that pot represents a big boost to Patel's stack. He's been looking for a pot to drag, and this latest one puts him back in contention with 515,000 chips.
