Under the gun, Mark Sykes raised to 55,000 before Manish Patel moved his 280,000-chip stack all in on a three-bet shove. Sykes appeared to be in agony as he considered his spot for a couple minutes, but he eventually yielded and let Patel stack up his raise plus the blinds and antes.
