We caught up to the action to see the board reading and around 2,600 in the pot. Rex Clinksclales riffled through his chips before tossing out a bet of 2,350.
His opponent sat thinking for a moment before asking Clinkscales how much he had behind. His opponent then flicked out a grey T5,000 chip and an orange T1,000 chip, making it 6,000 to go. Clinkscales thought for about a minute before sending his cards sailing toward the muck.

After hours and hours of covering almost exclusively dudes at every circuit stop, it's refreshing to find a couple pretty women in the field. We got even luckier when we found La Sengphet and Christine Brewer locked up in hand.
We caught up with the action on the turn with the board showing
. Sengphet checked from the big blind, Brewer bet 1,200 and Sengphet check-raised to 2,800. Brewer took just a few seconds before putting in a large raise to 8,000 straight.
Sengphet was visibly unhappy with the hand following the raise and tanked for a few moments. She tossed her cards away and Brewer took the pot.

With the board reading , four players sat with cards in front of them. Tim Finne checked and a second player followed suit. Another player fired out a bet of 1,500 and the fourth player got out of the way.
With action returned to Finne, he pushed out a raise, making it 4,400 to go. It folded back around to the original bettor who mucked her cards with a dejected expression on her face, saying that she mucked ace-eight.
Some of these players are on their first bullet and some are swinging for the fences with their second bullet.
