We caught the action when the board and action had already been completed. The result was that Mike Parech was eliminated holding while Luis Reyes doubled up with against the of Craig "Smitty" Smith. The board read and the river heart was what gave Reyes the winning hand.
Smith is now down to under 100,000 while Reyes shoots up to 230,000.
A player in early position raised to 18,000 and received three callers who were in position as well as both players in the blinds.
The flop was and action checked five times before Mark "Pegasus" Smith took a chunk of red 5,000 chips and put them in the middle. The bet ended up being 130,000 and the first three players folded. Luis Reyes was the first player to flat the raise preflop and went into the tank. The decision would be for his tournament life. Eventually, he folded and Smith took the pot.
