Thang Nguyen raised to 17,000 from middle position before the player in the small blind moved all in for just under 50,000 more. The player in the big blind folded and Nguyen made the call.

The flop was and Nguyen still needed a lot of help. The was a good card for him but gave his opponent hope of making a better two pair or flush to beat him. However, the river did neither of those things and he gets us down to our final three tables.
When we reach 27 players the tournament staff will conduct a table redraw.
Frank Maggio opened the action with a raise to 13,500 from middle position. The player to his immediate left moved all in for 27,000 total. Everyone folded back to Maggio and after some thought he made the call.
Maggio;
Opponent:
The opponent got on Maggio for thinking at all about his decision and claiming he got slow rolled. There seemed to be some redemption on the flop. But the turn changed the complexion of the hand, giving Maggio open-ended strait, flush and higher set outs. The river was the , filling Maggio's strait and shipping him the pot.
Mark "Pegasus" Smith and Jennifer Parrish are seated next to each other and have a good rapport with each other. Smith was on the button and opened for 30,000. Parrish called from the small blind after some thought. The flop came and Parish checked. Smith moved all in having Parrish well covered.
"That's why I didn't shove, in case I missed," she said as she folded face up.
Smith smiled and turned over as he raked in the pot.
Craig Burgeron raised his button to 12,000 after action had folded to him. Waseem Karim moved all in out of the small blind and after some deliberation, Burgeron made the call.
Burgeron:
Karim:
The board ran out and Karim survived a sweat to double up.
Only moments after the 35th place finisher was eliminated and before hand for hand was announced, we lost another player. Our bubble boy held and lost to John Nguyen's when he made a flush on the river.
We had 40 players left at the dinner break and it took under 35 minutes to lose seven players and get to the money. By all accounts, that is one of the fastest bubbles we've seen in a long time given the deep structure.
The player first to act raised to 25,000 and Thang Nguyen called, next to act. Bernard Lee was in the cutoff and thought for a couple minutes before folding, as did the other three players remaining in the hand.
The flop was and the player to act first immediately moved all in. Nguyen couldn't get his money in fast enough with . His opponent tried to muck but his was turned face up. The turn was the and river which got us to within one of the money.
Ben Kramer raised under the gun to 13,000 before a player in middle position moved all in for about 100,000. Action folded back to Kramer who made the call.
Kramer:
Opponent:
The board ran out and Kramer got us down to 36 players with that elimination. We are now three eliminations away from the money.
We caught this hand on the flop between Randy Pfeifer and Mark "Pegasus" Smith. The board was and Smith check-called 17,000 from Pfeifer. Both players checked the turn and the fell on the river. Smith bet out 35,000 and Pfeifer called.
Smith announced full house and tabled and all Pfeifer could do was grimace as he tossed his cards back to the dealer.
With the elimination of Patty Till, there is just one woman left. Jennifer Parrish hasn't been significantly over the average stack all day but managed to accumulate just enough to survive to the next level. While she is one of the shorter stacks right now, she doesn't have to survive too much longer to turn her investment into a profit.
