. Luke Powers had checked from the small blind, and a player in early position bet 325. Poker Hall of Famer T.J. Cloutier then called from the cutoff, the button did the same, and Powers woke up with a check-raise to 1,600.
One by one his opponents folded, prompting the original bettor to say, "You've got to show it."
"I got lucky. I followed his lead," Powers said pointing to a play across the table without showing his hand.
