Milam Runs Into Aces

Kyle Milam was all in and at risk with {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}, and Stephen Vogel had him crushed with {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

The flop fell {2-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}, giving Milam a bit of a sweat, but the turn and river bricked {4-Hearts}, {5-Diamonds}, respectively.

Milam hit the rail, while Vogel is up to 390,000 chips.

Bassett Eliminates Henry

Roy Henry got all in preflop for 83,000 holding {A-Spades}{10-Clubs} and was up against Brenda Bassett, who held {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} on the button. The {8-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop paired Henry's ten, but he would need either another or an ace to say alive.

The {2-Diamonds} turn was not it, and neither was the {Q-Hearts} river. Henry patiently waited for the floor to arrive to escort him to the payout desk while Bassett was pushed the pot.

Counts

Breyfogle Busted

We saw Todd Breyfogle making his way to the payout desk, which means he's been eliminated from the tournament. We checked in on Table 18, and Matt Lawrence was kind enough to fill us in on Breyfogle's demise.

According to him, action folded to Breyfogle on the button and he moved all in for around 55,000 with {J-}{5-} offsuit. Eugene Caudill then called from the big blind holding {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, and a {K-} on the flop sealed Breyfogle's fate.

Reichard Can't Nguyen

Will Nguyen opened from the hijack for 12,000 only to have Josh Reichard of Janesville, Wisconsin three-bet to 30,000 from the cutoff. The button and both blinds folded, Nguyen called, and it was heads-up action to the {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Diamonds} flop.

From there, Nguyen checked and Reichard took the opportunity to bet 42,000. Nguyen thought for about 45 seconds and then used two hands to slide his entire stack into the middle of the table. Reichard immediately folded.

Taylor Doubles

Hien Nguyen opened to 12,000 from under the gun, Millard Hale called in the cutoff, and Michael Taylor moved all in for 53,000 on the button. We're not sure whether or not Nguyen re-raised or just called, but in the blink of an eye Hale was out of the picture and the hands were tabled:

Nguyen: {j-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Taylor: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{q-Spades}, and Taylor more than doubled to 130,000 chips. Nguyen slipped to around 400,000.

Philipps Chips Up Through Campanello

Paul Phillips and Bryan Campanello were heads up on a board of {j-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs}. Campanello checked, and Phillips fired 35,000 into a pot of around 90,000. Campanello check-raised to what looked like 84,000, and Phillips tank-called.

The river was the {j-Clubs}, and both players checked. Phillips tabled {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} for queens and jacks, and raked in the pot.
