The More the Merrier

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

"El Gran Tito" is one of the most entertaining players and the Spaniard just showed up to take his seat. Quentin Lecomte is back in as well but not in action yet, as his table has no other players for the moment. Mouad is one of the local players and Patrick Sacrispeyre is no unknown to the international poker circuit.

Strong Turnout Expected

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

The screens show 141 players signed up for the second starting day and many players from Casablanca as well as Spain are expected to join the action today. At the current rate it seems very likely that the numbers of Day 1a will be eclipsed. Among the most recent players to join the action, Mohamed Nadi has taken his seat.

Tadini Versus Marillaud

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Joining the action on the {5-Clubs} {K-Clubs} {A-Hearts} {K-Spades} turn, Jessy Marillaud bet 1,100 for half the pot and was called by Anas Tadini from one seat over. The Frenchman then checked the {10-Diamonds} river and reluctantly paid off the 2,200-bet of Tadini to muck when shown the {K-Hearts} {4-Hearts} for trips kings.

Oliveira Back In

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

Pedro Oliveira busted on Day 1a against Bruno Soutavong and is on the same table as Jean Marie Vandeborne, immediately getting involved in action. It was fire all the way until the turn of a {Q-Spades} {4-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} board as there were 5,000 chips in the middle. However, then both players checked down and did so as well for the {2-Diamonds} river.

The opponent of the Portuguese shrugged and showed {J-Clubs} {10-Spades} for a bluff whereas Oliveira won the hand with {4-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}.

One hand later, Padilla bet the {A-Hearts} {4-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} flop for 350 after a three-bet to 300 preflop and claimed the chips without any further action.
