After an eventful Day 1A attracted nearly 200 entries with notables to be found at every table in the room, Day 1B is sure to be a great follow up. The €1,650 Main Event No Limit Hold'em WSOP International Circuit in Rozvadov is set to get underway at 2:00 PM inside the Poker Arena at the King's Casino.
Today is the second of two starting flights, and those players lucky enough to find a bag at the end of the day will join the 74 players moving on from Day 1A. Players are allowed one re-entry in each starting flight with late registration remaining open until the beginning of Day 2 on Sunday.
The action will begin with the blinds at 25/50 and a starting stack of 30,000 chips. The blinds will be 45-minute levels with a 15-minute break after every three levels. A total of 12 levels will be played on Day 1 with the blinds increasing to 60-minutes starting on Day 2.

"Yessss," a shout emerged out of the tournament area and some players gathered to see what happened. Jesper Hansen in the one seat grinned and asked "How many big blinds was that?" while a full double was shipped over to Liang Feng. Apparently, Feng and Ondrej Drozd got into a raising war and the stacks went in preflop for 600 Big Blinds each.
Drozd pocket queens and Feng the . The board came and Feng flopped a set, saw his opponent turn a straight and rivered quads to score the first knockout of the day. Feng lives in Prague and all his recorded live cashes are from the Czech Republic as well.
Fabrice Halleux was seen standing up from his seat with all of his chips being pushed the way of Luigi Micu. Micu's cards were still face up in front of him and he flopped a set with .
Halleux still has plenty of time to re-enter with late registration remaining open for the entire day. Micu stacked up a healthy pile of chips to climb over 60,000 before the first break of the day.
Peter Siemund, Gerhard Brimmers and Ralf Ziermann all boosted their stacks and the latter has more than doubled up since the start.
With some 9,500 in the middle and the turn reading , Ziermann faced the shove of Rolf Commerscheidt for 25,700 and a third player in the hand folded. "Okay, I still have some outs," Ziermann said and called. Commerscheidt showed for a gutshot only and Ziermann was guaranteed the pot with , a blank river was a mere formality.
A big pot was escalating quickly over on table 90, and Ivo Donev was right in the middle of it. With the flop reading a player in middle position was all-in for around 30,000 and Donev had already called. Donev handed his phone to the player beside him, asking to take a video of the hand. There was still action pending on the big blind and eventually, he also made the call. The big blind folded pocket jacks face up and the remaining three hands were tabled.
The big blind rolled over and the player in middle position tabled . Donev, building the anticipation, finally showed . The turn was the and the river landed the . Donev's top set on the flop, turned into a full house, sent a massive pot his way. Both of his opponents were eliminated and Donev stacked his chips to sit in the chip lead as dinner break approaches.
Jeff Lisandro raised from under the gun and Jan Bednar called from one seat over. Two other players called before a short stack on the button moved all in for 9,700. Lisandro called and also tossed in the additional chips when Bednar shoved over the top for 13,000.
The short stack had , Bednar the and Lisandro flipped over .
The flop of was a great one for Lisandro, as he had both opponents on the ropes and drawing to a chop only with his nut straight. The turn and river were blanks and Lisandro knocked out both opponents.
One hand later, Lisandro defended his big blind to a raise worth 1,100 and the duo checked the flop. Lisandro bet the turn for 2,400 and picked up a call before the river brought a bet of 6,500 by Lisandro and a fold of his sole opponent.
Maxim Lykov's raise was met by a three-bet to 4,000 by Iaroslav Dubinchuk in the big blind and Lykov called. After the flop of , Dubinchuk continued for 3,600 and was called before moving all in for 14,375. There were as many chips in the pot and Lykov reluctantly called, Sebastian Langrock also confirmed that Dubinchuk had three-bet for the first time on their table.

The on the river was of no help for Dubinchuk and Lykov boosted his stack to more than 100,000.
There was a raise to 1,200 from the hijack and Pierre Neuville called from the cutoff. Andrej Cintula three-bet to 4,300 from the big blind only to have the original raiser four-bet to 9,200. Neuville was on the short stack and stuck the rest of his chips in the middle for a total of 14,900. Cintula raised again to 49,300 and the player in middle position folded.
The two remaining hands were tabled and Neuville was in trouble. Cintula turned over and Neuville had . The board ran out and Cintula's aces held up to eliminate Neuville.
Bertrand "Elky" Grospellier was seen about an hour ago walking through the Poker Arena at King's Casino, saying hi to some friends and taking pictures with some fans. It was only a matter of time before he would enter into the WSOP Internation Circuit Main Event in Rozvadov.
Grospellier, who goes by the name "Elky" online, has over $13.5 million in career live tournament earnings, $ 2,278,657 of which came in the $111,111 No Limit Hold'Em - High Roller for One Drop event at this summer's WSOP. It is expected that Grospellier will be sticking around the King's Casino for the next month competing in the WSOP Europe, but for now he will be looking to run up a stack in this Main Event.
Gregor Greko was in the middle of running up his short stack when he found himself in another tough spot. The pot was already massive with over 35,000 in the middle and the board reading and Tomas Fara checked from the big blind. Gregor Greko was in the cutoff and moved all-in for his last 19,000.
Fara looked back at his cards and then pushed in a stack of chips to make the call. Greko confidently turned over for top two pair but Fara flopped a set with . The river was the and Greko was eliminated while Fara soared to the top of the chip counts.
