Level 28 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante
Hossein Ensan
Hossein Ensan

Rifat Gegic limped in from the button and Davit Okropiridze called from the small blind. Hossein Ensan checked his option and the flop came {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. The action was checked around and the {9-Spades} landed on the turn.

Okropiridze led out for 125,000 and both Ensan and Gegic made the call. The river brought the {9-Diamonds} and Okropiridze fired again for 275,000. Ensan just called and Gegic instantly called as well. It took a few moments for Okropiridze to turn his cards over, but when he finally did, he showed {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}. Ensan tabled {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for a full house and Gegic flashed {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs} before his cards hit the muck.

Hossein Ensan raised to 105,000 from the cutoff and Brandon Cantu three-bet to 280,000 from the big blind. Hossein made the call and the flop came {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Cantu continued for 210,000 and Hossein stuck around to see the turn.

As the {3-Diamonds} hit the turn, Cantu immediately announced all-in for 860,000 and Ensan called just as quickly. Cantu tabled {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} but was behind Ensan's {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. The river brought the {k-Clubs} and Ensan's set of fives took down the largest pot of the day to give him the chip lead. Cantu was eliminated in 14th place on the first hand after the dinner break.
