Bozakraft Gets Value

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Majid Bozakraft opened from the button with a raise to 500. The player in the small blind called him.

The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and both players checked this time. The turn was the {4-Diamonds} and Bozakraft made a delayed continuation bet after the player in the small blind had checked. Bozakraft got a call and the {2-Hearts} was dealt on the river. The player in small blind check-called a bet of 1,275 from Bozakraft and mucked after Bozakraft showed {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}.

International Entries

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The tournament series may be called WSOP International Circuit, but most of the players are in their home country. The tournament just got two new entries from Michal Mrakes and Jack Salter, both not from the Netherlands.

Zhong Chen busted out of the Main Event and is the second player to exit. He fired three bullets in the High Roller and is expected to make a return in the Main Event.

Peters Mucks

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Viorel Roscovan raised from late position to 350 and big blind Tobias Peters called.

The flop came down {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and both players checked. Peters took over the betting lead by firing a bet of 500 when the {Q-Hearts} turn came down. Roscovan called and the river was the {8-Spades}.

Peters fired another bet. He dropped 1,100 in the middle and Roscovan called after a while. Peters mucked his cards instantly and Roscovan took down the pot without having to show his hand.

Even More Players Get In

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

We're in the second level of the day and the start stack is still 200 big blinds. Plenty of Dutch players opted to arrive fashionably late and enter the tournament a little later than the start time of 1 p.m.

The latest entries include Tobias Peters, the #1 of the Netherlands on the GPI rankings, and "king of the chapel" Dennis Lavrijsen.

Van Wesemael Gives Up

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Van Wesemael was playing a pot with already well over 100 big blinds in the middle. The board was reading {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Hearts} and Van Wesemael was facing an all-in bet. The young Dutch professional poker player got out of the way and is left with just half a start stack. Which is still 100 big blinds in the current level.
