Hudson Spikes King on River for Triple-Up

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Gerald Siemienas opened under the gun for 13,000 and Aaron Massey three-bet jammed for 76,000 from late position. Action was on Michael Hudson on the button who went all in for less holding 65,000 and Siemienas called.

Michael Hudson: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Aaron Massey: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Gerald Siemienas: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}

Hudson was looking good until the {3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} flop hit he felt pairing both Siemienas and Massey.

The {9-Hearts} turn didn't change a thing and just as Hudson was getting up to make his exit, the dealer dropped the {k-Spades} on the river securing his triple-up, while Siemienas and Massey split the side pot, leaving Massey with just 12,000 which was gone the very next hand.

Scully's Jacks End Blumenthal and Raghavan's Day

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Eddie Blumenthal
Eddie Blumenthal

Ravi Raghavan had his last 61,000 at risk from early position, and Eddie Blumenthal called off his last 57,000 from the cutoff. Ryan Scully called on the button to put both players at risk.

Eddie Blumenthal: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Ravi Raghavan: {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Ryan Scully: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Scully improved to a set on the {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{k-Hearts} flop, and never looked back on the {5-Spades} turn and {9-Spades} river to earn the double knockout.

Golla Wields the Big Stack

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Pratap Golla
Pratap Golla

Pratap Golla bet 70,000 into a pot of 125,000 on a {q-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} board from the big blind, and Nikolas Stone tanked for a minute before making the call from the hijack.

The {7-Hearts} completed the board on the river, and Golla bet 500,000, more than enough to put Stone at risk for his last 220,000. Stone thought for just a moment before releasing his hand.

Pupillo Makes Good River Call

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
James Pupillo
James Pupillo

Action folded around to James Pupillo who raised to 21,000 from the small blind and Chris Roth defended his big blind to see the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flop.

Pupillo continued for 20,000 and Roth called.

The board paired with the {j-Diamonds} on the turn and Pupillo check-called Roth's 30,000 bet to the {10-Spades} river.

Pupillo checked his option once again and Roth fired out 80,000. Pupillo glared at Roth for a few minutes before tossing out a 5,000 chip for the call.

Roth tabled {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} but it was no good as Pupillo turned over {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} to scoop the pot.
