Erlandsson Returns With a Vengeance, Eliminates Westerlund
Level 8
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Small blind Hans Erlandsson and defending champion Jenny Westerlund under the gun had created a sizable pot of 85,000 when they arrived on the Q♠K♥J♠2♣2♥ river. Erlandsson put his opponent all in for 54,000, covering her stack.
Westerlund went deep into the tank, but she eventually called for her tournament life. Erlandsson showed 9♥2♠, having made trips on the river with his unconventional hand.
Westerlund windmilled her K♣10♠ across the table in frustration, busting her first bullet of the Main Event.
