It was a busy day in the WSOP Circuit Tallinn €1,500 Main Event. Day 1d became the biggest starting flight of all and saw 392 entries added to the overall tally. Meanwhile, Day 1e collected 191 more buy-ins, setting the total number of entries at 977, absolutely smashing last year's attendance record of 888. The €1,253,002 prize pool is the largest in the four-year history of WSOPC Tallinn, and the 58 survivors of Day 1d have all secured a piece of it by making it to Day 2.
They are led by Rasmus Lundström, who turned his 50,000 starting chips into a massive stack of 1,304,000 by the time play concluded. Lundström is no stranger at the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel & Olympic Park Casino, having won multiple tournaments at this very venue, including a WSOP Circuit ring in 2024. Rasmus is followed by fellow Finnish regular Mathias Siljander with 948,000, while Dutchman Roy van der Reijnst completes the podium with 912,000.

Day 1d attracted plenty of international star power with notable names such as David Docherty (480,000), Aliaksandr Shylko (420,000), Lulei Hu (340,000), and Guillermo Gordo (305,000) all making it through to Day 2. Meanwhile, bracelet winners Georgios Skarparis, Darius Neagoe, and Ranno Sootla will not be adding a Circuit ring to their collection of WSOP hardware, all having been eliminated on Day 1d.
The 58 players who did manage to bag chips on Day 1d will return for Day 2 on June 31 at noon local time. As Day 1e is still ongoing at the time of writing, it is yet unsure what blind level the WSOPC Tallinn Main Event will restart in. In any case, the length of the levels will increase to 60 minutes, and Day 2 will play down to the final 24 players.

Ivo Petkov pushed in his stack of 128,000 as first to act. It folded to Piotr Sztenkiel in the big blind, who called with the covering stack.

Petkov paired his ace on the A♥2♥3♣ flop, and although the 4♦ turn provided chop outs, the 10♠ river made sure that Petkov would not be making the money.
Over at another table, Patrik Augustsson got his stack of 105,000 in on a 8♦Q♦J♠ flop from under the gun against Jussi Mattila in the small blind.

Shortly after Rolands Norietis' elimination, Andrius Mazurkevicius was sent to the exit as well, leaving 60 players remaining.
With one elimination to go before reaching the money, Day 1d will proceed hand for hand until the bubble bursts.
