Tom Schneider's Loyal and Lovely Wife

Tom Schneider's wife has been watching from the rail all day, and she has a ritual. After he wins a hand, she always -- and I mean always -- says the same thing.

"That's what you do, baby. That's what you do."

At one point, there was a small pot, and she couldn't see around the dealer. She asked, "Did you win that one?" When he said "Yes," she gave him the usual, "That's what you do, baby. That's what you do." He smiled and said, "You were a little late on that one."

One time, after losing a particularly big pot, she varied it a bit, saying, "That's *not* what you do, baby."

Seventh street: Both players check. Browne shows 8-8-4 to take the pot with an 8-7-6-5-4, and Bjorin mucks. Browne takes the pot worth well over 100,000.

Updated Chip Counts

Here are the approximate chip counts:

Seat 5 - James Richburg - 820,000

Small Pots and Chopped Pots

The final four players have been spending most of this Omaha Hi-Lo level playing for small pots or chopped pots, and there hasn't been a lot of chip movement. Whenever a hand looks interesting, it results in a high-low chop.

Walter Browne vs. Chris Bjorin

With the final board showing {J-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{A-Clubs} on the river and betting the entire way, Walter Browne bets 20,000 from the small blind and Chris Bjorin calls from the big blind.

Browne shows {Q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades} for a wheel (five-high straight and a nut five low) to scoop the pot. Bjorin mucks.

Seat 6 - Tom Schneider - 320,000
