Cheryl Hines saw her chips slip from 7K to 5K, and then she lost a pot where she called bets of 600 on the flop and turn only to fold to a 1,075 all-in on the river. The other player showed two red Aces and Hines is down to 3,500.

Women's WSOP Event History

The first WSOP Ladies event was held in 1977. From 1977 to 1999 the Ladies event was seven card stud. From 2000 to 2003, the Ladies was a mixed event: half stud and half limit hold’em. In 2004, the event was all limit hold’em. 2005 was the first year the event was NLHE.
