Diano Takes a Pot from Binger

Just before the last level of No-Limit Hold'em came to an end, Steve Diano took down a nice pot from Nick Binger, making a set of sixes on the river. Here's how it went down:

Diano limped in from UTG and Binger made it 350 to go from middle position; Diano called.

Before the flop was dealt, Diano checked in the dark. The flop came {2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Binger checked behind him.

The turn brought the {9-Clubs}; Diano checked, Binger bet 500 and Diano called.

The last card of the deck was the {6-Diamonds}, a card Diano loved, as he bet 1,225. Binger made the call and Diano revealed two black sixes for a set -- Binger mucked his cards.

After the hand, Diano's chip count increased to 6,700.

"Seat Open!"

During each of the No-Limit Hold'em levels, the "Seat open!" calls made by the dealers are becoming more and more frequent. In just two and a half hours of play, we've lost nine of the 62 tables that began the day.

We expect things to slow back down in about 20 minutes, as the game switches back to Limit Hold'em.

The Switcharoo

Players at table 85 may have been a bit relieved to see Joe Sebok make an early exit from their table. That relief wouldn't last however as Costa Rican sensation Humberto Brenes quickly filled the vacant seat.
