Farzad Rouhani was eliminated by Woody Deck when Deck made trip fours on seventh street. Farzad had aces up and had started the hand with aces in the hole.
Scotty Nguyen had a board full of diamonds and after Song Webb folded on seventh street, Scotty turned over to show the for a 8-7-5 low as well as the flush. The hand left Scotty with over 80,000 in chips.
Players have returned from dinner break and are back to playing. They stopped right in the middle of a level, so play has picked up where it left off with only 30 minutes of play left at this level.
Jeff Rodriguez made a 2-3-4-5-6 low, one off of the nut wheel, but scooped anyway in a hand against Mark Heimiller and Chad Brown. Brown was all in by the river with a lesser low, and was eliminated.
Kandall Skaggs was eliminated by O'Neil Longson when Longson hit a jack-high flush draw against Skaggs's aces up. Longson is up to 47,000 after the hand.
After having his table broken and being moved to a new one, Mike Landers was positioned to the left of O'Neil Longson. Upon arrival, Landers looked at Longson and said, "Out of the frying pan, into the fire! I'm playing against the world's best PLO player!"
Chad Brown managed to make a 3-4-5-6-7 straight by seventh street, which was good enough to scoop against Mark Heimiller, who had kings up for the high. After the hand, Brown is up to 31,000 and Heimiller is down to 13,500.
