Dario Minieri Cracks Aces

An early-position player raised, Dario Minieri moved all-in from middle position, a late position player called the all in and the EP player folded. Minieri tabled K-4 and was crushed by his opponent's A-A... that is until the flop came a spectacular {K-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. The turn was the {3-Spades}, the river was the {6-Diamonds} and Minieri doubled up, eliminating his opponent in the process.

Minieri is not only one of the most successful online poker players out there, but he was the first player ever to use his PokerStars frequent player points to buy a Porsche (it takes about 3,000,000 points in case you're wondering).

Suck, Re-Suck for Galfond

Phil Galfond called his opponent's all in with A-J vs. K-Q. The Q-T-8 flop put his opponent ahead with a pair of queens, but Galfond turned the straight when a K fell. Galfond's elation was short-lived, however, as another K came on the river, giving his opponent a full house and the pot.
