It's Getting Bubbly in Here

Play has slowed considerably from the 11-player per minute pace we were experiencing earlier this afternoon. With only 17 more eliminations to go before the money, most players are taking a slow, cautious approach to play right now.

Additionally, Tournament Director Steve Frezer just gave a warning to the remaining players.

"Collusion is bad" he boomed over the mic.

Scott Clements Eliminated

We caught up to this hand on the flop. The board read {8-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {5-Hearts} and Scott Clements, playing from the big blind, moved all in for his last 15,500. A middle position player made the call and the players showed:

Clements: {4-Spades} {4-Diamonds}
Opponent: {9-Clubs} {9-Spades}

The turn and river blanked for Clements and he was sent to the rail just a few spots off the money.

The board ran out {K-Spades} {4-Spades} {2-Clubs} {J-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} and Zulker's stack shot up past the 80,000 mark.
