The turn fell the , giving his opponent an open-ended straight draw. The river brought the , making his opponent's straight, and Caldwell was eliminated.
Jeff Madsen recalled a hand to us where he was crippled in a multi-way all-in. He held pocket jacks and came over the top of two early-position players holding pocket fives and pocket sevens. However they were all crushed by a late-position player who woke up with pocket aces. Apparently a fifth player had folded ace-king.
A few moments later, Madsen pushed his last 1,600 from under the gun with , but the player in the big blind made the call with . The flop made things interesting as it came to give Madsen outs with his flush draw, but the on the turn and on the river sent Madsen to the rail.
