Brewer Takes Out Two

In consecutive hands Robert Brewer has eliminated two players to storm up the chip count leaderboard.

In the first hand he called the open-shove of Sergei Veytser. Brewer held {K-Hearts}{K-Spades} against the {A-Spades}{9-Hearts} of Veytser but the flop changed everything when it came {3-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} to give Veytser top two pair. The turn was the {8-Spades} but the river was a miraculous {K-Diamonds} to give Brewer a set and send Veytser to the rail.

In the second hand Brewer held {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} and called the open-shove of Erik Cajelais who held {K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}. The board bricked out {Q-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds} to eliminate Cajelais from the tournament.

Brewer is now up to over 500,000 in chips to be with the tournament chip leaders.
