The Master Taught a Lesson

We again join the action on the flop for this hand. The dealer spreads out {A-Spades} {A-Hearts} {4-Spades} . Action is checked to Men "The Master" Nguyen, who puts out a bet of 600, and his lone opponent, Mike Michnik, makes the call from the small blind.

The turn card is a {5-?}, and once again play checks to Nguyen. This time he puts out 800 chips, but Michnik comes over the top for 2,500. The Master makes the call.

Fifth street is a {2-?}, and Michnik relinquishes control of the betting, giving Nguyen the opportunity to bet 5,000. Apparently, that was the plan, as Michnik then comes over the top again, going all in for 9,000 total. Nguyen makes the call, and his opponent flips over {4-?}{4-?} for a full house. Nguyen looks frustrated, and tosses his cards into the muck. After the hand, Men The Master is left with about 3,750 in front of him, while Michnik sits pretty with a big stack of 27,000.
