One Out One Time

In a raised pot, three players see a flop for 2,500 chips each. The dealer spreads out the first three community cards: {K-?}{7-?}{4-?}.

Paul Andrzejewski is first to act, and he checks. The next player makes a small bet, and the third player, Eugene Castro puts in a raise, going all in for 15,000. Andrzejewski gets into the mix, moving all in himself, and the original bettor folds. The cards are turned up:

Andrzejewski: {4-?}{4-?}
Castro: {7-?}{7-?}

Things change quickly on the turn though. Andrzejewski catches lightning in a bottle when the one-out case {4-?} lands on the board, drawing a huge reaction from the table. The river pairs the {K-?}, and Castro, despite flopping a set, is headed for the rail.
