Kenny Tran asked one of the field reporters from PokerNews to find out the top five payouts for this event. The reporter did so and upon handing the piece of paper to him, Tran's face was overcome with a bedazzled look. "First place is only $500,000?" he asked.
Tran seemed to think the payouts would be a little higher for the event. He has since taken the piece of paper around to some of his fellow players to show them and find out what they think. He went around to four or five tables before running back over to catch his next hand. After folding, he walked back over to fellow player Brandon Adams, still scratching his head about the payouts. He then did the same with Tom "durrrr" Dwan as well.
