Just before the break, Vincent Gabel was crippled to 500 chips after he ran pocket queens into pocket aces. Since then, he has went on a little bit of a rush to keep himself somewhat respectable in this tournament.

First, he was all in with {A-?}

and had two callers. An ace hit the board and he tripled up to around 1,600.

Next, he moved all in with {10-?}

and hit a nine on the turn.

Finally, he moved all in with {A-?}

and won that hand as well.

In three hands, Gabel moved from 500 to 12,000 chips.
