Kim Wins Back-to-Back Pots

It's been a good couple of minutes for Kelly Kim. First, he raised preflop to 60,000 and was called by the small blind, Terry Lade. Lade checked the {A-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} {2-Spades} flop, then called when Kim again bet 60,000. Lade check-called a bet of 100,000 on the {Q-Diamonds} turn, and both players checked the {3-Spades} river. Kim opened {Q-Hearts} {J-Hearts} to win the pot with a pair of queens.

Shortly thereafter, Kim opened another pot to 65,000. He was reraised by the small blind, Justin Scott, to 200,000 and made the call after tanking for about a minute. When the flop came down {2-Hearts} {J-Hearts} {4-Hearts}, Scott open-shoved, having Kim well covered. Kim tanked a second time for another couple of minutes before finally making the the call with {A-Diamonds} {J-Clubs}. Scott showed {A-Spades} {10-Hearts}. He made a pair of tens with the {10-Diamonds} turn, but couldn't find a hand that beat Kim when the river fell {A-Clubs}.

After these two hands, Kim jumped to 1,660,000, Lade fell to 2,535,000 and Scott dipped to 1,585,000.
