Binger Calls the Clock... On Himself

Archie Karas was all in for 15,900 before the draw and Michael Binger made the call. Karas rapped pat, and Binger went into the tank, trying to decide whether or not to draw. After nine minutes had ticked off the tournament clock, we heard the dealer bellow.

"Floor on 78!"

Binger had called the clock on himself and as his one minute ticked down, he finally settled on drawing one card.

The hands were turned up and it was Cooler City-- Karas had the wheel with 7-5-4-3-2, while Binger made number two with 7-6-4-3-2.

Karas doubled to 36,000 while Binger was left with about 90,000.
