Van is a Write-Off

Van Marcus is out after getting his stack in with {A-Clubs} {Q-Spades} {5-Hearts} {4-Spades} against {A-Diamonds} {K-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} {J-Spades}. Marcus needed some low cards or lots of fives and fours to win, but the board came out {J-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {4-Diamonds} giving his opponent top two to eliminate him.

Elezra Scoops

Eli Elezra has just won a decent amount of chips holding {Q-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {4-Spades} against {A-Hearts} {A-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {10-Hearts} when all the money went in on the turn of a {2-Spades} {4-Clubs} {J-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {K-Spades} board. Elezra not wanting to see the straight on the river but the flush came as well for the entire pot.

Chancing Your Chips

Since the third level has ended, all players are now having to get their second chance chips. For each player, there can be no more mistakes from now on.

Fitoussi Counterfeits Juanda For A Scoop

On a {A-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {8-Clubs} {7-Spades} board, Bruno Fitoussi bets out 4,000 and after some serious deliberation, John Juanda moves all-in and Erick Lindgren folds.

Fitoussi flips over {8-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {4-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} for the straight and a 4-3 low and he finds himself freerolling against Juanda's {K-Clubs} {K-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds}.

The river is the {3-Clubs} and this means Juanda can only make a 7-6-3-2-A but Fitoussi can make a 6-5-4-3-A for the low to go with his 8-high straight for the high.

Fitoussi is back up to 16,000 and Juanda has about 4,000 left.

Scott No Clements-cy

Andy Bloch and another player have chopped up most of Scott Clements' stack.

Bloch: {Q-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {3-Spades} {A-Hearts}
Clements: {A-Clubs} {2-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} {4-Clubs}
Other Player: {A-Spades} {3-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {10-Diamonds}

The board was {9-Hearts} {6-Spades} {J-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} meaning that Bloch took the high half with his queens and chopped the low with the third player as Clements could only make the second nut-low.

Clements has been crippled as a result.

Almost 200...

The number of players now stands at 198 as even more players have filtered in, including Scott Clements, Daniel Alaei and John Juanda.
