Rami Boukai Eliminated in 6th Place ($38,407)

Rami Boukai
Rami Boukai
In our biggest hand of the day so far, J.C. Tran raised to 60,000 from the cutoff and Jean-Phillippe Leandri bet the pot, raising to 216,000 from the button. Rami Boukai called all in for less, and Tran also called.

Tran checked the flop of {7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} and Leandri moved all in. Tran called and we saw the hands.

Boukai: {5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
Leandri: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Tran: {K-Spades}{9-Hearts}{J-Spades}{7-Spades}

Boukai was drawing dead and Tran needed a non-club 10 to make his straight. It didn't come as the board finished with the {A-Spades} and {K-Diamonds}, tripling Leandri's chip stack and sending Bouki home in sixth place.
