We caught up with the action on the turn with the board showing and Tony Cousineau and an opponent were heads up. The BB checked to Cousineau who bet 3,500 only to be raised to 9,500. His response was to move all in before the BB called all in with . Not surprisingly he was behind to Cousineau's for a turned straight. The river came as Cousineau raked in the pot and waved goodbye to his opponent.
We're only eight places off the money and the decibel level has dropped here in the orange section. Maybe it's the tension setting in for some, maybe the lack of noise is due to heightened concentration levels. Whatever the reason you can bet the noise levels will rise when the bubble bursts.
Sergey Rybachenko started today as one our chip leaders but he has remarkably busted outside of the money. We not sure of how this went down but the main recipient seems to be table mate Caio Brites who started the day with 79,500 but is now up to 180,000.
Apparently two players busted at the same time before Daniel Neilson's exit hand, going out 171st and 172nd. But because the Neilson hand caused so much interest, after they counted the remaining players they found there was only 169 players remained (including Neilson).
Therefore if you busted just before the bubble, then head back to the Rio and you might be splitting 171st place money!
