Jon Done By The Turn?

Jon Turner called a reraise preflop and saw a {7-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} flop. His opponent in the big blind led out for 15,000 and Turner made the call before both players checked the {J-Spades} turn. On the {J-Hearts} river, the big blind bet out 30,000.

Turner looked painfully at the board and the remnants of his stack before electing to make the fold.

Kim v Makowsky

Hungry for chips
Hungry for chips
Daniel Makowsky has just bitten a chunk out of Kelly Kim. Not literally you understand more of a poker stack thing.

Makowski raised small UTG and received four callers to see a {2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} {J-Spades} flop. Kim the only caller to Makowsky's bet before they both checked the {9-Diamonds} turn. Then Kim folded to a bet on the {4-Spades} river and was shown {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs}.

Kim on 90,000, Makowsky on 230,000.

House Keeps Out Flush

Three players saw a {A-Spades} {6-Spades} {6-Hearts} flop.

Rui Cao bet 10,000 from MP and was called by Daniel Makowsky and the BB before the turn came {J-Spades}. All players checked to see the{J-Spades} river. Cao bet 40,000, Makowsky folded but the BB called all in with {Q-Spades} {8-Spades}. The flush no good though as Cao tabled {A-Hearts} {J-Hearts} for a full house and now has a 219,000 stack.

The Goggles Are Off

Luke 'IWEARGOGGLES' Staudenmaier has been knocked out of the tournament. It looked as though he raised preflop from the cut-off and then pushed over the top of the button's reraise with {Q-Hearts} {J-Hearts}, only to lose a coinflip against his opponent's {10-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} after the board came {A-?} {2-?} {8-?} {6-?} {2-?}.

Easy Game Sometimes

An UTG player raised to 5,000 before Jim Pammell moved all-in for around 80,000. It was folded back to UTG who called with {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} and was up against Pammell's {A-Diamonds} {A-Spades}.

The board came {5-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {7-Hearts} to send Pammel up to 175,000.

Jan Von Busto

Busted
Busted
Jan Von Halle raised from the cut off before the BB there-bet. Von Halle then four-bet all-in and the BB went into the tank calling with {K-Clubs} {K-Hearts}. Von Halle was shocked to see the strength of his opponent's hand as he revealed his {3-Hearts} {3-Diamonds}.

The board ran {K-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} to knock the Von Halle out.

No Ciao To Giang Just Yet...

Chau Giang has just doubled to 50,000 after reraising all-in with {7-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} and getting a call from {A-Clubs} {4-Diamonds}. The flop of {A-Spades} {9-Spades} {4-Clubs} was bad but the {7-Spades} on the turn moved him into the lead. The {K-Diamonds} river changed nothing and Giang doubled through.

Jing-le All The Way?

Shan Jing
Shan Jing
Sunny Chattha, crippled from that hit by Paris, reraised all in against Shan Jing with {A-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} but found himself being called by {8-Spades} {8-Hearts}. Chattha couldn't catch any piece of the {2-?} {4-?} {5-?} {6-?} {2-?} board and was eliminated.

Sunny in Paris

Sunny Chattha just told me how he doubled up Bryan Paris. It was folded around to Paris who shoved for 37,000 from the SB with {J-?} {7-?} . Chattha woke up with {A-?} {9-?} and called but couldn't stay ahead through the five streets.

They swap places with Paris up to 75,000 and Chattha down to 38,000.
