Three To Go

There are now 624 players remaining, the reason for the break was to count how many were left. We're going to restart with 4 minutes left of this level. $1,894 minimum will be soon greeting all who remain except three players...

B.B.B

Billy Baxter busted a little while before this unscheduled break and he fell to none other than JC Tran. Baxter had {A-?} {K-?} but he couldn't hit and Tran's {9-?} {9-?} held up.

Tran up to 170,000 now.

Bubble Bubble...

The players have been toiling, but they're not yet out of trouble. With three minutes still on the clock, the tournament director has just sent the players on a fifteen minute break, we're just trying to find out exactly why.

"You can let me survive"

Eric Mizrachi has a very short stack and just moved in from mid position. It was folded to the big blind who asked for a count. Mizrachi counted his stack and it turned out to be 8,100.

"You can let me survive" Mizrachi aimed at the big blind. It worked as the big blind folded. Mizrachi showed {A-?} {K-?}.

No Fun.

Jack 'Doctor_Fun' Powell is the most studenty-looking player probably still in the tournament. With a slightly bored look on his face, he raised to 2,500 from midposition and found the cutoff reraising to 6,500. Checking his opponent's stack of about 23,000, he made it 16,500 which was met with a swift all-in.

Powell was forced to call with {5-?} {5-?} but lost out to {K-Hearts} {K-Spades} on a {K-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} {2-Spades} {A-Spades} {J-Hearts}

Cor...Win for Cole

Corwin Cole has doubled up. He bet 4,800 on a {Q-Clubs} {4-Spades} {10-Spades} board and found himself being check-raised all-in.

Cole snap-called flipping {K-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} and his opponent simply said, "Ouch..." flipping {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs}. The turn was the {7-Diamonds} and the river the {4-Clubs} making two pair for both players, Cole's being the better.

He's now on about 50,000.

Rob From The Rich...

Rob Perelman managed to start today with 53,000 after getting all-in on the turn of a {A-?} {10-?} {4-?} {8-?} X board last night in the very last hand. He held {A-?} {J-?} against {A-?} {9-?} which held on the river to double him up.

Chips Were Only on Loan

A three-way all in confrontation has just occurred on Nikolay Evdakov's table and he's involved again. He has {A-Spades} {K-Hearts} and is up against {A-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} and {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs}.

The board came {K-Clubs} {J-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} {7-Clubs}. Trip kings good enough for Evdakov to knock two players out and put him up 50,000.

Early Hit

Cashing machine, Nikolay Evdakov, raises to 3,000 from the cut off before a player moves all in from the small blind for 8,000. Evdakov calls with {a-Spades} {10-Clubs} but sees he’s dominated by the SB’s {a-Diamonds} {q-Clubs}.

The board comes {8-Spades} {j-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {k-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} to give the SB the nut flush. Evdakov down to 27,500.
