Russell Out

Dave Russell is a goner after smacking his {Q-Spades} {Q-Clubs} into George Saca's {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs}. Russell was drawing thin as can be when Joe Hachem announced that he'd folded two red queens, and duly he busted out.

Board: {5-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {3-Diamonds} {8-Spades}

Schneider On the Move

Tony "Bagels" Cavezza was all in for his last 330,000 on a flop of {8-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {A-Spades}. He held {A-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs}, and he was in touble versus Tom Schneider and his {A-Hearts} {K-Spades}. The turn was the {5-Clubs}, and a blank {10-Diamonds} hit the river as well. Schneider's top-top holds up to send Cavezza packing, and "Donkey Bomber" is up to a whopping 2,900,000 now.

Sebok Makes a Four-bet, Then Folds

Joe Sebok in the tank
Joe Sebok in the tank
Joe Sebok opened with a raise from middle position before Hieu Luu reraised to 95,000 from the small blind. Sebok then four-bet to 215,000. Luu studied Sebok for some time and then moved all in. Sebok had 610,000 behind and went into the tank. The ESPN cameras filmed for a few minutes while Sebok tanked, but eventually he released his hand.

E-Stellar Performance

Estelle Denis raised to 25,000 and then called all in when [Removed:197] (so good they named him twice!) pushed to cover her.

Denis: {K-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}
[Removed:198]: {A-Diamonds} {9-Clubs}

Board: {5-Hearts} {6-Clubs} {J-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs}

Denis up to 360,000.

Action!

Just before the break, we picked up the action on the flop as the board showed {A-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {4-Clubs}. Joey Lawrence put out a bet of 61,000, and Robert Lee Preston made the call next door. The third player in the pot, Loic Degrou, moved all in for 405,000. Lawrence then moved all in with his big stack, and Preston called all in for his last 320,000 as well!

Showdown
Lawrence: {5-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds}
Preston: {9-Hearts} {9-Spades}
Degrou: {K-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds}

With a massive pot up for grabs, the {8-Diamonds} hit the turn, vaulting Degrou into the lead and leaving Lawrence drawing dead. Preston would need the board to pair to stay alive, but the {7-Spades} that filled out the river was a blank. He's been sent home, Lawrence has slipped to 760,000, while Degrou nearly triples up to right around 1.2 million.

ElkY Doubles Up With Aces

Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
After starting the day with 1.4 million in chips, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier had lost half his stack while at the feature table. However, after being dealt {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts} he doubled through Tyler Patterson’s {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} in an all in preflop pot.

ElkY is back where he started with 1,400,000.
