Ludovic Lacay opened with a raise to 300,000 from the hijack seat, Steven Begleiter called from the cutoff, Antoine Saout called from the small blind, and Kevin Schaffel also called from the big blind.

The flop came {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}, and all four players checked without much hesitation. They also rapidly checked the {7-Spades} that came on the turn.

The river brought the {8-Spades}. Saout checked, Schaffel bet 750,000, and Lacay folded. Then Begleiter raised to 2.25 million. Saout quickly folded, and after a bit of thought Schaffel let it go as well.

"Begs! Begs! Begs!" cried Begleiter's rooting section in unison. He's up to 12.7 million now.
