Mizrachi Misses Big Draw

Limit Hold'em:

Erik Sagstrom opened it up from middle position with Michael Mizrachi defending his big blind with a call.

The two took a flop of {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} where Sagstrom's continuation bet was met with a call. On the {8-Diamonds} turn, Mizrachi led out with a bet. Sagstrom put in a raise but Mizrachi re-raised once more. Sagstrom made the call.

The river was the {10-Spades} and Mizrachi led out with a bet, but Sagstrom responded with another raise. Mizrachi sighed and folded {5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} face up for a busted straight-flush draw. Sagstrom flashed {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and raked in the sizable pot to move up to 730,000.
