Steicke Doubles In Razz

Razz:

David Steicke is still alive after being all in with his tournament at risk in a recent Razz hand against Erik Sagstrom. Steicke's last chips were in on third street and here's how the boards ran out:

Steicke: ({A-}{5-}) {2-}{3-}{A-}{2-} ({6-})
Sagstrom: ({A-}{5-}) {4-}{5-}{9-}{7-} ({10-})

Steicke's board looked impressive but he needed a tasty river to make a sixty-five low to get past Sagstrom who ended up with a ninety-seven. Steicke already has a cult hero following in the Australasian region, and a deep run in this event would confirm his place on the International poker scene. However he's got some more work to do yet, as he survives on 145,000 chips.
